Two 2 One begins with the idea that when the right expertise comes together, the result can be greater than the sum of its parts. Ashley Kletke and Jennifer Lentner bring together deep experience in culture, leadership behavior, and strategic communication - disciplines that, when aligned, turn complex business transitions into opportunities for stronger performance.

 

Organizations change ownership, leadership, and scale all the time. Strategies are developed, transactions are executed, and structures are redesigned. Yet the success of these transitions rarely depends on numbers and plans alone.  It depends on whether people understand the change, believe in it, and begin operating in new ways.  

At Two 2 One, we guide organizations through critical pivot points, from ESOP transitions to high-stakes M&A and leadership transitions. We focus on the human side of major business transitions. Culture and communication are not soft considerations.  They are the mechanisms through which leaders align expectations, shape behavior, and translate strategy into daily decisions and actions. When those mechanisms are intentional, organizations can evolve quickly and drive performance through change.

Our work follows a simple progression. We assess the cultural and communication dynamics surrounding the transition, work with leadership to define and plan the shifts required, activate those shifts across the organization, and reinforce them until new ways of operating take hold and sustain.

We believe transitions can become more than moments of disruption. They are opportunities for organizations to strengthen alignment, realize full potential, and achieve results greater than what was possible before the transition happened.

Jennifer Lentner is a strategic communications advisor and the CEO of Soundtrack Consulting, where she develops strategies that allow leaders to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity during periods of organizational change. She partners with executive teams to shape messaging, strengthen leadership voice, and ensure communication reinforces the culture and direction the organization is building. Jennifer’s work focuses on translating complex transitions into clear, credible communication that aligns people, builds trust, and supports sustained performance.

Ashley Kletke is a culture and leadership strategist focused on the human side of organizational performance. With a background spanning engineering, operations leadership, and human resources, she brings a systems-thinking approach to how organizations function and evolve. Her work centers on aligning purpose, strengths, and leadership behavior so organizations can operate differently, moving beyond just understanding change to actually living it.  Ashley is the CEO of You Unlimited, where she works with leaders to elevate culture, strengthen leadership, and activate the behaviors that drive sustained performance.
